Vietnam Economic report 2022 showcases a positive closure for the Vietnamese market compared to the previous year.
Compared to 2021, the Country registered an increase of 13.5% in FDI and 16.6% in import-export turnover.
Overall, Vietnam’s GDP grew by 8.02% compared to the previous year.

Concerning the GDP structure, the Country relies on the industry and construction sector for 38.26%, while Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries represent 11.88%, while the Services contribute to the GDP structure with 41.33%.
The Vietnam Economic Report 2022 also shows that the Country registered 148,533 newly established enterprises.
Data shows an increase of 10% in Export with a value of 371bln USD.
At the same time, imports grew by 8.4%.
The Minerals and Fuels sector, the processing industry, agriculture, and forestry confirm themselves as the top export sector.

While Us, China, Eu, and the ASEAN Countries are still the main export markets, China, Korea, and the Asean region are among the top importers.
As showcased by the report, the main investors in Vietnam are Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China. While among the European Countries, Denmark results to be one of the main investors.
