Corporate Social Responsibility

A successful business can no longer ignore ethical behavior and concrete social commitment.

Teach for Italy is a non-profit organization working in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Education, parent teacher associations, the private sector and philanthropists to improve educational quality and expand opportunity in the most underserved schools and communities in Italy.

We imagine a country where every boy and girl, regardless of their origin and socio-economic condition, has the same opportunities.

– Andrea Pastorelli, General Director, Teach For Italy

2020 was a pivotal year for corporate transparency. Attention is not focused only on the company offer, but also on the behavior that the organization has towards the community and on its responsibility.

Companies have understood even more the importance of investing and strengthening their relationships with non-profit organizations, institutions, and the community, not only as a necessary contribution to society, but also as a tool for their brand recognition.
Corporate Social Responsibility helps to shape corporate identity and reputation, allowing the company to constantly improve, always keeping in mind the  balance and well-being of all the players involved inside and outside the organization.
